The FACTS cluster, in cooperation with ASSE, Serbia, held a mutual training for member firms on the topic: Mapping processes and procedures in textile companies, Kaizen, Lean and 5S methods, as well as the development of family companies.
Companies participants of the mutual training’s are: Ivković, Tiffany Production, Luna, Ivatex, AMC and Garman.
In cooperation with ASSE, Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the cluster successfully completed its project on the topic of development of family companies in which intensive companies had an active participation: Jasmil, Tiffany Production, Luna, AMC and Ivkovic.
