Only in 2012 year,The cluster has planned eight B2B meetings with foreign textile associations and clusters.Thanks to the project of the German government ORF, in which cluster FACTS is a representative of the textile industry of Serbia, cluster companies and academic institutions have planned and realized meetings with textile associations and their members and partners from the following countries: Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia and BiH. They’ve already been held meetings in Belgrade, Skopje and Sofia, and in the beginning of November, FACTS cluster members are planning a trip to Tirana, where in direct contact with partners and representatives of market centers and retail facilities, they will have the opportunity to contract deals or exchange ideas about new projects.
The FACTS cluster as well as all member firms are members of the European Entrepreneurship Network.Regarding that, cluster plans B2B meetings in Istanbul with the largest textile Turkish cluster. Similar activity of cluster was in 2011.The years when FACTS cluster member firms achieved a 25% savings compared to earlier purchase prices and in that way significantly increased their competitiveness.
