EDGE hired Axiom tech consultants to carry out computer simulation pilot projects in four textile and apparel-focused companies in the Western Balkans. Following the completion of the pilots, a webinar on “Productivity Improvements Using Computer Simulations” was organized to show how the use of computer simulation techniques in production planning and balancing production lines could help textile and apparel industries optimize the utilization of their resources and improve productivity. During the webinar, several relevant case studies were presented to highlight the use of computer simulations and expected results.
